Reports
Data only becomes valuable when you can act on it. Stimuliz automatically processes all assessment results into clear reports. Per child, per class, per school or per district. At every level, the insights you need to take targeted action, from the individual student profile to the district-wide overview.
Child
The student profile is the heart of Stimuliz. Per child, the platform collects all gathered insights in a single overview. You see at a glance how a child scores on each component and how those scores compare to established norms and guidelines.
But the profile is more than a snapshot. As you measure structurally, development over time becomes visible. Is the child on the right track? Is progress stalling? Has an intervention had an effect? The profile gives you the answer.
Stimuliz also flags areas of concern and suggests possible interventions. That makes the profile immediately actionable: in parent conferences, when developing a support plan or when referring to a specialist.
Class or team
At class or team level, you see how a group scores as a whole. How many children are on track? Which areas stand out, positively or negatively? Who needs attention?
This information makes your teaching more targeted. If you notice a class scoring notably low on a particular area, you can adjust your lessons accordingly. As a learning support coordinator, you compare classes and identify patterns: if multiple classes score low on the same component, that's a signal for a school-wide approach.
Class reports also make it easier to discuss results in team meetings. You're not talking about loose observations, but about a concrete overview that everyone can access.
School
At school level, you get the full picture. You see trends across year groups. How is development progressing school-wide? What are the effects of our approach? These insights are essential for school policy.
As you use Stimuliz over a longer period, multi-year trends become visible. You're not only tracking the current situation, but also seeing whether your school-wide approach is having an effect. That gives you a solid foundation for structurally improving what you do.
For school boards with multiple locations, there is an additional layer: you compare schools against each other. Where are things going well? Where is extra attention needed? This allows you to make decisions based on facts and allocate resources where they have the most impact.
District
At district level, Stimuliz aggregates data from schools into a comprehensive overview. You see how things stand with motor skills, sports and physical activity, lifestyle and other areas of development.
This is exactly the information needed to support policy. Where is extra attention needed? Where do you deploy a physical activity programme? How do you justify the spending of budgets from sports or prevention agreements? The reports give you the answer.
As more schools participate and you use Stimuliz structurally, multi-year trends become visible at district level as well. Is the situation in a particular neighbourhood improving after an intervention? Is physical activity increasing after deploying a community sports coach? The data shows you.
Export
Want to use data in a presentation, a policy report or your own analysis? Stimuliz offers an export function that lets you export data and reports at any level: per child, per class, per school or per district.
It's also possible to export reports in a neutral format, without scores or benchmarks. This is particularly valuable in parent conferences. Instead of hard numbers that raise questions, you share a clear overview of the child's development. That keeps the conversation constructive and focused on what the child needs, without scores dominating.

"Finally a tool I can use in a single lesson that immediately shows me where to focus. That gives me back time I can spend with the children."
