On our website and with your Stimuliz account, you input personal information. We are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is accessible, can be used correctly, and remains securely stored.

Your personal account belongs to you. You are responsible for its correct use. In Stimuliz, you use sensitive personal data about students. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions to do so.

Personal data we process

Stimuliz processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us. Below is an overview of the personal data we may process when you use our services:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Health-related data, such as biometric data and motor skills data, as entered in Stimuliz
• Data regarding social development and sports participation (if considered personal data), as entered in Stimuliz
• Business information, such as address, phone number, email address (if considered personal data)
• IBAN/account number (if considered personal data)
• IP address
• Other personal data provided to us in (written) correspondence and/or by phone
• Location data
• Data about website visitor activities (www.stimuliz.com)
• Data about browsing behavior across different websites
• Internet browser and device type of website visitors

Purposes for collecting personal information

• To contact you for scheduling/changing appointments, asking and answering questions, and providing support, for example, with Stimuliz.

• To facilitate and manage tests conducted by a user of Stimuliz.
• To generate test results in Stimuliz.

Information obtained from other sources

We may receive information about you from other sources, including third parties such as support service partners and partners with whom we jointly offer services or conduct marketing activities. We may also receive information from social media platforms if you interact with us on those platforms. We protect data received from third parties as described in this statement and apply any additional restrictions imposed by the data source.

To use our services, you input personal information. For example, via your personal account in our application or through a form on our website. If we wish to use your personal information for purposes other than those described below, we will inform you and seek your consent.

Stimuliz does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that could have significant consequences for individuals. We limit the use of your personal information to what is necessary. We do not sell personal information to third parties without your consent. We may share personal information with our employees, partners, and service providers if they need this information to help us provide our services.

We only retain your personal information for as long as necessary. This period includes the time you use our website and our application via a trial account or subscription.

Accuracy

You are responsible for the accurate and up-to-date entry of personal information. All requests to modify or delete your personal information must be submitted to us in writing or electronically. While we are happy to speak and chat, we prefer written requests for this purpose. Provide sufficient information to identify the personal information.

Protection of personal information

Stimuliz takes data protection seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unlawful modification. If you believe your data is not well protected or suspect misuse, contact us at info@stimuliz.com.

We follow strict security procedures for storing and disclosing your personal data and to protect it from accidental loss, destruction, or damage. The data you provide is protected with SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer), which is the standard method for encrypting personal data for secure transmission over the internet.

We may transfer your information to trusted third parties for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. We require all third parties to implement appropriate technical and operational security measures to protect your personal data, in accordance with Irish and EU data protection laws.

Our workspace, where our team develops Stimuliz services, is physically and electronically secured. This includes secure equipment, restricted access and roles for our team members, digital identification, passwords, secure servers, firewalls, and data encryption. We review the standards and obligations of our service providers to ensure they maintain at least the same quality levels as ourselves.

Accessing, correcting, or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself through your account's personal settings. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by our company, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can request that we send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization of your choice.

If you wish to exercise your right to object and/or data portability or have other questions/comments about data processing, send a detailed request to info@stimuliz.com.

To ensure the request is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Social Security number (BSN) to protect your privacy. Stimuliz will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

Retention periods

Stimuliz does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. If you do not use your account for 18 months, we will mark it in our database. Your account will be archived so that you can reactivate it at any time if you wish to use our services again in the future.

Account deletion

If you wish to terminate your account, please contact us at info@stimuliz.com. After termination, we will delete your personal data without unnecessary delay, except for information we are legally required to retain. For example, we are required by law to keep data such as copies of invoices for seven years.
